So far I've been doing really well. Breakfast was a piece of bread (80 cal) then I started to get a migraine so I got a latte from Caribou Coffee (the caffeine helps a lot with head aches). I got a medium vanilla northern lite for 50 cal. Lunch is home made veggie soup, so I'm not exactly sure about the calorie count. It has vegetarian stock and mushroom, onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini. I'm guessing two cups are about 150 cal. So my total so far is 280. I have an apple and orange for snacks but I'm not sure what I'm going to do about dinner. That seems to be my greatest time for binging, so I've really got to figure out how to control myself better.

Update: So I did really well! At work I ate an apple (95cal) and had a cup of tea. Then at home I ate a banana with some honey (181cal). I did eat one pizza slice but only one is really good for me (230cal). I now have no pizza in my house to tempt me! I also cooked 1/2c rice (115cal) for a grand total of 901cal.
On the exercise front I did 20 minutes on the elliptical which burned about 310cal and according to my pedometer I've burned another 110cal for a grand total of 420cal.
I also calculated my daily calorie expenditure at 1940cal. This is how many I burn just walking around and living my daily life. So all in all I cam out in the positive with more calories burned than taken in.
I'm really worried about this weekend though, because when I'm bored I tend to eat. I'm going to clean a lot this weekend to try and take my mind off of it. I will make it through! I'm determined to have a sexy Halloween costume! WOO! Good luck to the rest of my lovelies!
