Update - Amanda Seyfried

Weight this morning was 172.4, so no change.  I guess that's to be expected considering I had binges on Saturday and Sunday night.  Well I'll be back on track today.  So far I've eaten a banana (105cal), an apple (95cal), an orange (70cal), some soup (around 150cal), and a cup of coffee (5cal).  So total is 420cal.  For dinner I'm going to either make a salad or some lentil soup.  Not sure yet, we'll see, I'll post an update tonight!  Stay strong beautiful ones!

Update:  I rocked out with my cock out today (excuse my french lol).  When I got home I did eat quite a bit, but it was all food under 60cal.  I had 5 rice cakes (75cal), some honey (around 60cal), about 1/4 cup egg salad (50cal), and a popsicle (30cal).  The total for today is 670 calories.

I worked out a ton today.  I ran/walked 2 miles, lifted for around 20 minutes, then rode on the stationary bike for 20 minutes.  I burned around 778 calories.  WOO HOO I rock!

Today's thinspo is Amanda Seyfried, she's so lovely!  I love her big blue eyes, she looks so innocent (well, maybe no in those Esquire pictures).






This is my favorite, she looks like a ballerina!
