Update - Emily Browning

Hello everyone.  I weighed myself today and I was at 172.4 which is less so I'll take it.  I had a mini binge last night, but it totaled up to only about 300cal.  I had 6 strawberries, 4 rice cakes, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and some hummus.  So they were healthy foods, but still it was 300 calories I didn't need.  I will do better today.  I am really sore from working out so I'm going to just do a yoga dvd to stretch.  I've never done this one before, so it will be an adventure.  I have to work tomorrow so I'm going to bed early which will help me not binge before bed, which is a bad habit I have.  I will update later, love you all!

Update: I have to admit, I binged a bit.  I ate about 750 calories but then I came home and ate the rest of my rice cakes, some honey, and a peach.  I had 3 lattes too, which is 2 too many!  My tummy in in revolt, I will do better tomorrow :(  

The thinspo for today is the lovely Emily Browning.  She was first in A Series of Unfortunate Events and has also been in The Uninvited which is a remake of one of my favorite horror films, A Tale of Two Sisters.  Most recently she's been in Sucker Punch which is an awesome action thinspo movie.

I loved her in Sucker Punch, that movie is FULL of motivation. 


If I get thin enough, I would love to be Babydoll for Halloween
