Update - Ballet

I weighed myself today and I was at 172.8!  YAY!  Now if I can stay below 175 for a week I'll be able to buy my first reward, a teeth whitening kit.  I'm so excited for this, I totally can do this.  

Today I plan on cleaning my apartment and also organizing some stuff for the move.  I'm thinking my dresser and my bathroom cabinets.  I think I might skip lunch and just get a latte from Starbucks.  

Update:  Today I've been awesome!  I had a banana for breakfast (105cal), veggie soup for lunch (150cal), a Starbucks snack of a venti skinny vanilla latte (160cal) and dinner was a three rice cakes (45cal) and some home made egg salad (approximately 200cal) for a grand total of 660 calories.  

I ran/walked 1.5 miles today and also weight lifted for 20 minutes.  My arms are super sore, so I will probably just do cardio tomorrow.  I also cleaned the house for about 2 hours for a total of 859 calories burned, which is 199cal more than I ate.  YAY ME!
